A regional healthcare provider in Hereford is seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician interested in Surgery for their new Elective Surgical Hub. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Pharmacist to provide a ward-based clinical service and have the chance to obtain the fully funded Level 4 Clinical Diploma. Responsibilities include managing junior staff, conducting medicines reconciliation, and improving service efficiency by integrating into the multi-disciplinary team.
