Working with a Trend‑biased BMS specialist located in the Herefordshire area, you will predominantly carry out BMS PPM visits and call‑outs. The client offers a solid structure and genuine opportunities for promotion and skill development within the BEMS field.

The Director’s are keen to speak with BMS Service Engineers comfortable completing BMS PPM visits and breakdowns. All client sites utilize Trend products. The role involves various council and commercial premises.

Required

Experience and Skills:

• Trend product experience, including 963 or IQvision (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5).
  Trend training is an advantage.
• Being electrically biased and competent is essential (18th edition or electrical apprenticeship desired).

Responsibilities:

• Carry out BMS PPM visits and respond to call‑outs.
• Work in council and commercial premises with Trend products.
• Collaborate with client teams and receive periodic training and development on new products and technologies.
• Take on additional responsibilities on site and with end clients as opportunities arise.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• £40,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on product knowledge and skill set.
