Role Description

This is a full-time, Instructor role. The Instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions specifically covering the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities include assessing trainees' progress, maintaining compliance with industry training standards, and ensuring engaging, effective learning experiences for participants. Collaboration with team members and clients to ensure a high-quality training experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Expertise in manufacturing industry training is essential such as counterbalance forklift, overhead cranes, pedestrian operated pallet trucks and manual handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Previous experience in delivering accredited training is an advantage
• Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in training fields are preferred
