We deliver a wide range of academic and vocational courses to around 9,000 students throughout Herefordshire and Shropshire. You will join a team committed to achieving the very best outcomes for all our students and the highest Ofsted grades. Our approach seeks the best from all staff and students, and we are committed to supportive teamwork, openness and integrity.

As Assistant Principal, a member of the College Management Team, you will provide strategic leadership for Student Services and SEND provision, ensuring that all students are supported to succeed, thrive and progress. You will act as the College's Designated Safeguarding Lead, Prevent Lead and Mental Health Lead, ensuring full compliance with statutory duties and promoting a strong safeguarding culture across the organisation.

You will lead and develop high‑performing teams responsible for student services, safeguarding, Prevent, SEND, mental health, admissions, careers guidance and pastoral support.
