Location: Hereford
Setting: Nursery School (supporting Nursery to KS2)
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £90–£110 (dependent on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery school in Hereford
. This is a full-time role supporting children across Nursery through to Key Stage 2, providing high‑quality care, learning support, and encouragement during these vital early years.

• Supporting children’s learning and development across Nursery, KS1, and KS2
• Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging activities
• Providing one‑to‑one and small group support where required
• Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with children from early years to KS2
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
