Overview
The Safeguarding Team is looking for a resilient Wellbeing & Pastoral Mentor to join our service. The post supports the work of the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Manager across the college. The post is key for the successful delivery of pastoral services for students.
Responsibilities- Mentor a caseload of students, providing a holistic wellbeing support service within the college environment.
- Support students to continually seek to improve their safety, health and well-being, as well as their retention at College to achieve academic success.
- Work with college staff and partner agencies as a key aspect of the role.
- The successful applicant must possess drive, energy and enthusiasm for such a pivotal role.
- Experience of providing pastoral and welfare related services for a range of client groups.
