Busy Bees is looking for an inspiring  Nursery Manager  to lead learning, laughter, and development at our  Outstanding-rated nursery in St Albans Hospital  . If you’re a passionate early years professional with a  Level 3 childcare qualification  , strong  EYFS knowledge  , and  at least two years’ leadership experience  , this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Our  Ofsted Outstanding  nursery cares for up to 51 children  and is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the town centre  , with  bus stops directly outside  . We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
