Deputy Manager

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Deputy Manager to join our bespoke Nursery. You will support the day-to-day operation of our nursery. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Manager/Managing Director to ensure high-quality provision, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and lead staff in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. This role includes supporting curriculum planning, overseeing safeguarding and welfare standards, mentoring team members, and building positive relationships with children and families.

  At least 3 years' Experience in a Supervisory role working with children in a childcare or nursery setting.
