Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including PCs, printers, Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software Manage user accounts, passwords, and security groups using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Log support actions accurately and contribute to internal knowledge bases Deliver professional, friendly, and patient customer service to all users Essential Qualifications GCSE English (Grade 4 or above) GCSE Maths (Grade 4 or above) Skills and Personal Qualities Strong communication skills Good IT skills and interest in technology Attention to detail Logical approach to problem solving Administrative and organisational skills Creative thinking Patient and non-judgemental attitude Other Requirements Must drive and have access to a car due to location Training Qualifications required Skills required Prospects Qualification / Standard : ST0973 Information communications technician Duration
