Registered Nurse

Overview

Blize Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in the Bay Area.
This position requires flexibility as it is open territory.

• Taking the patient's vitals, tracking symptoms, and other details of the patient's condition.
• Administering medication, changing wound dressings, and care for other treatment options.
• Consulting with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients.
• Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing process, during after-hours and weekends.

• One year of nursing experience.
• Home Health or Hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Provide skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
