About the Role

As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bio-Rad’s future by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for leading a global team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s talent needs

Lead and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals

Identify, attract, and hire top talent in a competitive market

Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry partners, and professional organizations

Develop and implement talent assessment and selection processes

Track and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition

Collaborate with other HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a global environment

Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and emerging trends

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment
