Are you a creative, customer-focused professional with a passion for design and sales? We’re looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations and take our customer experience to the next level.

• Leading the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Managing sales and driving performance to meet and exceed targets
• Creating bespoke design solutions tailored to individual customer needs
• Overseeing product displays and maintaining an inspiring showroom environment
• Coordinating with suppliers, staff, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
• Playing a key role in business development and contributing to strategic decisions

• Proven experience in showroom, retail or interior design management
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Creative flair and an eye for design
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities
• Confidence using design software (experience with CAD or similar is a bonus)
