Request Business Analyst

£45 000 - £55 000 per annum + Additional Company Benefits

Based in Henley‑on‑Thames, DB Charles Recruitment is working with a leading business to hire a permanent Business Analyst. The role requires strong skills in documenting change requests/specifications between the customer, the internal development team and back again, along with excellent communication skills for dealing with both technical and non‑technical personnel.

The business operates primarily as an IT solutions provider, yet its portfolio includes work in other interesting sectors. The company has been established for over ten years and has experienced significant growth in turnover.

• Documenting change requests/specifications
• Collaborating with the internal development team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Account management elements
• Solution creation
• Using JIRA
• Providing client training
• Testing changes

• Background as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Technical Support, or in a role involving creating and documenting change requests/specifications
• Experience with in an IT business
• Technical support knowledge would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to document change requests/specifications
• Strong experience with JIRA
• Excellent communication skills, highly presentable and comfortable in a client‑facing role when required
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical personnel
• Commitment to a permanent, office‑based role in Henley‑on‑Thames

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Salary £45 000 to £55 000 per annum
• 21 days holiday + bank holidays (1 extra day per year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days)
