** As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a number of students who need a little extra help. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys and contribute to a positive, inclusive college culture.

* • Support students’ learning in a classroom environment
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere

• Have a proven ability to support young students with diverse needs
• Build positive, respectful relationships with students
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
• Confidently support students in the classroom
• Be a reliable and proactive team player who works collaboratively with staff across the College
• Show a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding the College’s values and policies
