Een internationale productieorganisatie in de regio Drechtsteden zoekt een HR Business Partner die HR positioneert als volwaardige gesprekspartner. Je begeleidt leidinggevenden, werkt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid en geeft richting aan leiderschapsontwikkeling. Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring is vereist, bij voorkeur in de productie of een internationale omgeving. Dit is een vaste functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week met hybride werkopties en een rol met echte invloed op de organisatie.
