As we add HVAC services to our offerings, we’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technician who wants to join a winning team. • Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems (residential & light commercial).
• Perform seasonal tune-ups, inspections, and system evaluations.
• Present repair options in a clear, honest, customer-friendly way.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles.
• Complete job notes, checklists, and photos using Service Titan.
• Build trust with customers through professionalism, communication, and high-quality work.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure top-tier service delivery.

• 3+ years of HVAC experience (repairs, diagnostics, installs, maintenance).
• EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus (but not required).
• Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow a new division with us.
