The Retail Associate ensures customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate greets customers, maintains a clean work area, presents merchandise properly, and follows company best practices.

• Prioritise safety; maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respectfully interact with customers and associates.
• Assist customers with merchandise and register operations.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and issues.
• Represent and support the company brand.
• Perform cleaning tasks to keep the store neat and safe.
• Adhere to the company dress code.
• Perform daily sizing and recovery to maintain store standards.
• Expedite new merchandise to the sales floor urgently.
• Understand loss prevention and merchandise protection programs.
• Safeguard confidential information, cash, and merchandise.
• Follow Mark‑Out‑of‑Stock, cash‑handling, and other store policies.
• Maximise productivity by executing best practices efficiently.

• Effective communication with customers, associates, and leadership.
• Basic mathematical calculations common in retail.

• Use store equipment such as PDTs, registers, and PCs.
• Stand, walk, and move around the store for up to 100% of the work shift.
• Bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop regularly.
• Occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other supplies.
• Stockroom shifts may require pushing, pulling, and lifting more than 20 pounds.
