Join us at Five Star Breaktime Solutions as a Retail Route Merchandiser in Hendersonville, TN. You’ll be the hero behind snacks and drinks for our customers, ensuring vending machines and micro‑markets are fully stocked and operating smoothly.

• Fill vending machines and micro‑markets with soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and fresh food.
• Keep micro‑markets and vending machines clean, fully stocked, and well‑organized.
• Tally cash and coins, manage small cash flow, and handle cash handling procedures.
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain a fresh appearance for perishable foods.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance, including adjustments, repairs, light bulb replacements, and water filter changes.
• Record transactions, manage inventory, and keep accurate records.
• Communicate product updates, promotions, and customer concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and safety compliance.

• Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and converse with customers and coworkers.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Problem‑solving ability to troubleshoot challenges on the road.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, DOT medical physical, and drug‑screen clearance.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs+ repetitively, bend, reach, and stoop frequently.
• Minimum age 21 (DOT requirement).
• Background check and drug‑screen consent, possible TWIC Card and Safety Council Program for Gulf Coast locations.
