Overview

GP Mobile, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is seeking candidates with hustle and ambition for unlimited potential. We offer FT and PT positions with the ability to earn commissions in a fast-paced, fun environment.

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, delivering a world-class experience and building loyalty.
• Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and perform side-by-side selling to uncover personalized solutions beyond device and service plans.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools for interactions and onboarding to communicate coverage, plan benefits, and in-store experiences.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and resources.
• Manage time effectively during shifts, staying informed about wireless innovations and store operations.
• Cash handling and store operations as needed.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads; support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with people and having fun while helping them.
• Competitive drive with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, learn, share ideas, and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience;
  Retail environment preferred.
