• Greeting and assisting prospects via phone, email, and in-person tours
• Completing lease agreements and collecting deposits
• Maintaining accurate resident files and property records
• Ensuring model apartments and common areas are show-ready
• Managing leads and follow-ups through CRM software
• Creating marketing opportunities, including local outreach and social media
• Supporting community events and resident engagement activities
• Responding promptly to resident needs and concerns
• Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Previous leasing experience preferred, but customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
• Knowledge of Entrata software a bonus
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work Saturdays
