Daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting prospects via phone, email, and in-person tours
- Completing lease agreements and collecting deposits
- Maintaining accurate resident files and property records
- Ensuring model apartments and common areas are show-ready
- Managing leads and follow-ups through CRM software
- Creating marketing opportunities, including local outreach and social media
- Supporting community events and resident engagement activities
- Responding promptly to resident needs and concerns
- Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous leasing experience preferred, but customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
- Knowledge of Entrata software a bonus
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work Saturdays
