As a Leasing Consultant, you're the first impression of our community-building relationships with residents and prospects, and driving leasing success.

• Respond to leads via phone, email, and online platforms
• Tour and promote the property
• Track lead sources and trends
• Prepare units for showings and move-ins
• Screen applicants (background, income, rental history)
• Explain lease terms, deposits, and move-in procedures
• Provide resident support and resolve issues
• Assist with special projects as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
• 3+ years of leasing experience
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
• One Site experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
• Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
