About Us:
We are a fast-growing landscaping company dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our crew and help us deliver top-notch service.
Position Overview:As the Landscaping Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, overseeing crew members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to our quality standards. You’ll work hands-on with the team, using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment, and play a key role in training and motivating crew members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of landscaping crew members on residential and commercial job sites
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
- Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure job expectations are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Occasionally work weekends as needed during peak seasons
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
- Reliable transportation to our shop location in Gallatin, TN
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work an occasional weekend
- Familiarity with a wide range of landscaping tools and equipment
- Experience driving and backing up trucks and trailers
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
$20 to $23 per hour
, depending on experience
