Overview
The Clinical Manager / Director of Nursing (RN) oversees all patient care services and staff in a Home Care agency. We seek an energetic, compassionate RN with at least one year of home care experience and supervisory skills.
Responsibilities- Manage clinical staff and coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients and providers.
- Ensure quality care and work toward meeting patient goals.
- Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or a compact state.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background screening.
- At least one year of home care experience and supervisory skills.
- Salary between $75,000 and $85,000 annually.

Work is conducted in person.
