American House Senior Living Communities - - - Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and build rapport with residents.;
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ambulation, transfers, showering, hygiene, incontinence care, feeding).;
Observe residents and report any concerns (skin changes, health or psychosocial changes) to the Wellness Director.;
Serve meals and perform post-meal cleanup; keep resident rooms clean and handle laundry as assigned.;
Complete required documentation, participate in wellness meetings and trainings, and follow safety regulations.
