Clinic Director - Physical Therapist $20K Bonus

Responsible for overseeing the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Hendersonville, leading a team of physical therapists and PTAs, ensuring exceptional patient care, and managing the center’s operations.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Location: Hendersonville, TN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday‑Friday
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000/year, commensurate with experience
Incentives: $20,000 bonus + student loan payment program

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Hendersonville is actively seeking a physical therapist to manage the clinic and provide high‑quality patient care. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, deliver preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality, and promote patient well‑being.

• Must have 2 years of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.
• Two years of experience as a physical therapist.

• Assume responsibility of the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.
