Director of Finance/CFO - $150k base plus bonus
Luxury Hospitality & Private Club | Greater Nashville Area
An exclusive, high-end hospitality organization just outside Nashville is seeking a Director of Finance / CFO (title flexible) to join its senior leadership team during a pivotal growth phase.

What You'll Own
- Lead all accounting and finance operations (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, compliance)
- Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership
- Translate financial data into insights for non-financial leaders (payroll, margins, events, F&B, contracts)
- Oversee cash flow, capital planning, audits, and GAAP reporting
- Mentor and develop a small, capable accounting team
- Support continued expansion, new amenities, and future acquisitions
Ideal Background
- 7-10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with leadership responsibility
- Hospitality, private club, high-end hotel, restaurant, or events required
- Strong operational mindset - comfortable being hands-on and visible in the business
- CPA a plus (not required for the right candidate)
- Values tenure, loyalty, integrity, and teamwork - not a job-hopper
