What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in commercial plumbing, especially ground-up new construction (installing complete plumbing systems, rough-in, top-out, fixtures, and underground utilities)

* Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and following codes/regulations

* Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work efficiently on fast-paced job sites

* Valid driver's license; plumbing license/certifications preferred

Plumber Positions and Responsibilities:

Plumber II (Comparable to Apprentice/Journeyman level)

* 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience

* Installs, repairs, and replaces plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and equipment for commercial and industrial ground-up projects

* Works under the supervision of a Plumber III or higher while gaining independence

* Reads blueprints, interprets plans, and collaborates with crews to ensure accurate installations

Plumber III (Comparable to Journeyman level)

* 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience with mastery in ground-up new construction

* Ability to work independently and efficiently on complex commercial plumbing installations

* Leads rough-in, top-out, fixture setting, testing, and system commissioning

* Mentors junior team members and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
