Part-Time Bank Sales & Service Representative; Teller

Overview

The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. The role facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. This is a part‑time position with the following schedule:
Mon 9‑3, Tue 8:30‑3, Wed 10‑3, Thu 9‑5:15 (½ hr lunch), Fri 9‑5:15 (½ hr lunch).

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in sales or banking.
• Financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
