The Role

As a Financial Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for families exploring financial solutions for senior living and care. You’ll guide them through available options, answer questions, and help them take the next steps toward securing care for their loved ones. This role blends sales, service, and problem‑solving—and is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship‑building in a mission‑driven environment.

Elder Life Financial is the only company in the nation that provides coordinated financial resources for those in transition to senior living. Every day, new families are transitioning a loved one into senior living and need additional funds for the upfront expenses. The Elder Life Bridge Loan is a short‑term unsecured financing option created specifically for seniors that need quick access to funds to pay for a move to senior living while waiting for funds to arrive from a home sale or VA benefits.

We understand that lending can be an up and down business; however we have inbound leads with no cold calling from our over 4000 Assisted Living communities, a massive web presence and strategic partners so our Financial Concierge team members have more leads than they can handle.

Essentials duties and responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries.
  • Use empathy and skill set to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with processing and underwriting to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using Salesforce and our integrated sales process.
  • Actively listen and assess families’ needs to recommend the best solutions.
  • Paid training, no licensing required.
Required skills & experience
  • Experience in a fast‑paced sales type role, particularly in a phone‑based or call centre environment.
  • Great communicator who is outgoing, compassionate and empathetic to seniors and families during this difficult transition to senior living.
  • Creative problem solver who is able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices.
  • Coachable, able to follow instructions, and maintain a personal pipeline of 10‑20 in‑process loans while continuing to originate new applications and new leads through technology and excellent follow‑up skills.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills, use of Google Workspace, Slack and ability to learn Salesforce or other future CRM software.
  • Work in‑office at our Hendersonville, TN location – Monday through Friday 8 – 5 pm.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College education & degree preferred
