The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special occasions (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is a plus. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores in personal vehicle, sometimes long distances.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces in indoor and outdoor settings with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed across district stores.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders regularly.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, and computers.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles as needed.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store movement during shifts.
