Responsible for building the Quality group at the new industrial product greenfield facility and maintaining the Quality Management System for accelerated product launch.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all products meet defined specifications, promoting SQDC mindset.
- Develop and sustain a problem‑solving culture.
- Lead quality event Root Cause/Corrective Action investigations.
- Develop, mentor, and empower growing internal QA team.
- Maintain critical quality documentation (PFMEA, Quality Plans, SWIs).
- Conduct internal audits and Quality Management Reviews.
- Serve as primary point of contact for third‑party auditors.
- Create and publish Quality Metrics and dashboards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, VSM).
- Lead cross‑functional teams for process standardization and waste reduction.
- Communicate deliverables and Voice of the Customer insights to leadership.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Supplier Quality to resolve issues.
- Travel up to 20% as required.
- BS in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years in large industrial manufacturing, including 5 years QA experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Minimum two years managing people.
- Experience with SAP ERP, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Excellent coordination of multi‑faced QA activities.
- Regulatory & compliance standards for QMS.
- Strong business acumen.
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and improvement tools.
- Working knowledge of UL standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer management and requirements translation.
- Problem‑solving and technical specification design.
- Attention to detail, rapid learning of new technologies.
- Effective teamwork and relationship building.
- Planning, prioritizing, and managing changing priorities.
- Representation of the company to internal/external clients.
- Judgment and initiative in problem resolution.
- USA based – approximately 20% travel.
- Proficient in English.

Salary Range$122,800 – $168,850
