Responsible for building the Quality group at the new industrial product greenfield facility and maintaining the Quality Management System for accelerated product launch.

• Ensure all products meet defined specifications, promoting SQDC mindset.
• Develop and sustain a problem‑solving culture.
• Lead quality event Root Cause/Corrective Action investigations.
• Develop, mentor, and empower growing internal QA team.
• Maintain critical quality documentation (PFMEA, Quality Plans, SWIs).
• Conduct internal audits and Quality Management Reviews.
• Serve as primary point of contact for third‑party auditors.
• Create and publish Quality Metrics and dashboards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, VSM).
• Lead cross‑functional teams for process standardization and waste reduction.
• Communicate deliverables and Voice of the Customer insights to leadership.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Supplier Quality to resolve issues.
• Travel up to 20% as required.

• BS in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in large industrial manufacturing, including 5 years QA experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Minimum two years managing people.
• Experience with SAP ERP, Power BI, or equivalent.

• Excellent coordination of multi‑faced QA activities.
• Regulatory & compliance standards for QMS.
• Strong business acumen.
• Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and improvement tools.
• Working knowledge of UL standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer management and requirements translation.
• Problem‑solving and technical specification design.
• Attention to detail, rapid learning of new technologies.
• Effective teamwork and relationship building.
• Planning, prioritizing, and managing changing priorities.
• Representation of the company to internal/external clients.
• Judgment and initiative in problem resolution.

• USA based – approximately 20% travel.
• Proficient in English.
