Family Nurse Practitioner

Contract Duration: 06 Months

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care to a diverse patient population in a retail clinic setting. This role works collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions while promoting preventive care and patient wellness.

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning
• Manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs
• Perform routine physical exams, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, and disease prevention
• Encourage patient engagement through health screenings, behavioral health support, and chronic condition management
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• DEA registration required at the time of offer acceptance
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred

• Varied days Monday–Friday
• Every other weekend required
• Possible holiday rotations
