• Day or Night shifts available.
• Full‑Time or Part‑Time, all shifts (7 a.m. – 7 p.m., 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required.
• 12‑hour shifts to support work‑life balance.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

• Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long‑Term Care.
