We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality neonatal intensive care during overnight shifts at our Advent Health hospital in Hendersonville.

• Other duties as assigned. Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
• Administers commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures.
• Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care. Documents all phases of patient status while in care.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
