- Oversee all maintenance operations across multiple production lines and plant utilities.
- Lead a crew of 4 direct reports and 24 skilled technicians across three shifts.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve reliability and OEE.
- Drive cost control and continuous improvement through smart budgeting and project planning.
- Champion safety and compliance programs (LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, PSM).
- Partner with plant leadership on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.
- 7–9 years of maintenance leadership in a high-speed manufacturing or food/beverage environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems
. - Experience with CMMS (Emaint or similar) and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
- Familiarity with GMPs, OSHA
, and continuous improvement practices (Lean, 5S, TPM). - Excellent communication, organization, and people leadership skills.
