• Oversee all maintenance operations across multiple production lines and plant utilities.
• Lead a crew of 4 direct reports and 24 skilled technicians across three shifts.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve reliability and OEE.
• Drive cost control and continuous improvement through smart budgeting and project planning.
• Champion safety and compliance programs (LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, PSM).
• Partner with plant leadership on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.

• 7–9 years of maintenance leadership in a high-speed manufacturing or food/beverage environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems
  .
• Experience with CMMS (Emaint or similar) and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with GMPs, OSHA
  , and continuous improvement practices (Lean, 5S, TPM).
• Excellent communication, organization, and people leadership skills.
