We are seeking an Executive Director, IDD Operations to oversee and lead the operational aspects of our intellectual and developmental disabilities services. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, managing budgets, leading and mentoring teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery aligned with organizational goals. The Executive Director will also work to maintain and enhance customer service standards while analyzing operational performance to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in operations management, budgeting and organic growth.
- Experience in leading and managing teams while building a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills in maintaining a compliant operations meeting high standard of quality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in IDD preferred; however, will consider candidates with experience in behavioral health, skilled nursing or other healthcare services.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational leadership position.
