Facilitates employee experience services, including onboarding, regulatory compliance, and key human resources projects. Coordinates office administrative support with excellent customer service skills, promoting the human resources operating model. Leads human resources programs and initiatives at a local level, such as employee engagement and recognition events, and new hire orientation. Assists with research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
Oversees the employee badge administration process, ensuring compliance. Partners with related departments in workforce planning and organizational design meetings, conducting initial consultations and managing follow-up activities. Supports hiring managers with interview preparation and serves as a liaison for candidate and new hire experience components. Tracks compliance with performance management processes and manages separation of work processes, including exit interviews. Supports special compensation programs, employee wellness program administration, and tuition reimbursement programs.
Manages and supports employee events, projects, and communication, including service awards programs, job fairs, and open enrollment events. Consults and supports managers on human resources compliance and regulatory requirements, participating in policy recommendation and revision. Serves as a change agent for operating model and strategic initiatives, acting as a super user for human resources technology systems and processes. Other duties as assigned.
Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
- Working knowledge of or aptitude to learn human resources disciplines applicable for assigned duties [Required]
- Professional, excellent oral and written communication skills [Required]
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills [Required]
- Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion [Required]
- Associate [Required]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
- in human resources, business, or related field
- 2+ years of human resources, administrative, or related experience[Required]
- Management experience within a healthcare organization [Preferred]
- Project management and consulting experience [Preferred]
An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Associates degree and 2+ years of experience OR - High School Grad or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]
Physical Requirements:
Pay Range$43,369.95 - $80,672.99
