Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience within the past 6 months.

• Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

• ADN completion required

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee and no current placement allowed at Program:
Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program:

Unit/Facility Details: -Unit description:
Orthopedic, Med/Surg - total joint replacement patients including hip knee shoulder, spine patients, and patients who have had hip fractures. The vast majority of our patients are elective cases with 1-2 night stays

Shift & Scheduling: -Weekends/holidays: rotate every other

Floating Requirements: -Floating: float to MSO and PCU as needed

9 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Proof of identification required
