Job Description

Manages daily operations of multiple physician practices to ensure efficient functioning and quality patient care. Oversees patient service activities, ensuring high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction. Supervises billing processes, including insurance claims, collections, and accounts receivable. Ensures regulatory compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and procedures. Provides leadership and direction to office and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Participates in interviewing, hiring, and disciplining staff across multiple practices. Monitors financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting. Develops and implements policies and procedures to optimize practice operations. Coordinates activities and communication between multiple sites and providers. Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides feedback to staff. Resolves patient complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Identifies areas for improvement and implements strategies to enhance practice efficiency and patient care.
