Location: 80 Doctors Dr, Hendersonville, North Carolina 28792

Salary: $20.12 – $37.42 per hour (Pay Range)

Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $15,000

• Assists the surgeon during invasive and endoscopic procedures.
• Ensures the exam room is adequately prepared for procedures.
• Monitors PAR levels of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Cleans and sterilizes surgical instruments.
• Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Interacts professionally with patients and their families.

• Technical/Vocational School (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
• RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST – EV Accredited issuing body)
