(Job Responsibilities)

• Profile clients to understand their specific investment goals and objectives in the Mid-South region
• Provide commentary on market movements and economic trends, educating clients on complex financial concepts
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and maintain strong working relationships
• Address client issues promptly by engaging appropriate internal stakeholders for solutions
• Foster strong client relationships and advocate for investment teams to enhance client engagement

• Minimum of 5 years’ client-facing experience in a structured intermediary distribution business
• Strong relationship management and business development skills
• Background in fixed income/ETF with understanding of alternatives
• Ability to communicate complex financial instruments and investment processes effectively
• Required licenses:
  Series 7, 63/65, and 31 or Series 7, 66, 31

• CFP, CIMA, and/or CFA/CAIA certifications
• Existing Cross-Channel relationships
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
