GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe Engineering Manager directs all engineering projects for the product line, division, or department. Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with KII's established policies and drive efficiency and profitability for production.
REQUIREMENTS- 4 year degree, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
- 8+ years' experience of related experience and/or education required.
- 8+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical and/or business area of assignment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in SAP and MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Strong math skills, knowledge of statistics required.
- Strong presentation skills with forward facing role with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Eligibility to work in an ITAR Environment
