The Clinical Nursing Faculty is a full-time, on-site role based in Hendersonville, NC. Responsibilities include developing and delivering nursing education curricula, providing clinical instruction, and evaluating students' academic and clinical performance. The role will involve teaching in medical-surgical nursing, engaging with students both in the classroom and clinical settings, fostering a supportive learning environment, and promoting the development of professional, ethical, and competent nursing professionals.

• Proficiency in Nursing practices, including clinical experience and current licensure
• Experience in Curriculum Development and creating comprehensive nursing education programs
• Expertise in Nursing Education with demonstrated ability to teach and mentor nursing students
• Knowledge and practical experience in specialty nursing areas a plus
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment
• Experience in higher education or clinical teaching is an advantage
