Customer Service Representative; sharp, detail-oriented office person

This is a critical role. You will often be the first voice our customers hear during a stressful and exciting life event. You will need to be a curious, great listener to determine customer needs. • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and determine customer needs.
• Provide office support as directed.

• Required:
  • Proven experience and aptitude in customer service with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail—accuracy is essential when dealing with move schedules.
  • High proficiency in computer task automation and technical aptitude to quickly learn new scheduling, CRM, and accounting software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must be a patient, professional, and clear communicator.
  • A resourceful, "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of ownership and problem‑solving initiative.
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a logistics, dispatch, or service‑based industry where coordinating field staff (crews) is preferred.

38-42 hours per week.

Salary range: $18 to $22 per hour
