Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, providing comprehensive care for primary, perioperative, and specialty patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on preventive and chronic care.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Demonstrate compassion, strong communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, current certification, active DEA and Texas license, and proficiency in diagnostics and documentation.
