Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for delivering primary care services, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and providing preventative care to patients across all age groups. Additional responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring high-quality medical care while adhering to evidence-based practices.

• Experience and skills in Nurse Practitioner practice, including providing comprehensive care.
• Strong foundation in Nursing with the ability to deliver quality patient-centered care.
• Expertise in Primary Care and Medicine to address a wide range of health concerns effectively.
• Knowledge and capability in Urgent Care environments to handle immediate medical needs.
• Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and certification relevant to the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to patient care, with a focus on delivering compassionate and empathetic service.
• Experience or familiarity with working in community-focused healthcare settings is a plus.
