Job Description:

United Trades of America is seeking experienced Fabrication Welders to join our team for an exciting project in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidates will have strong fabrication skills and the ability to work with various metals, including carbon steel and stainless steel. You must be able to pass a welding test and have experience working in a fabrication shop or industrial setting.

• Fabricate and assemble metal components using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and Stick welding).
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
• Perform welding on metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality and precision welds.
• Measure, cut, and fit metal materials to exact specifications before welding.
• Inspect and test welds for structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Operate fabrication shop machinery such as grinders, saws, and drills as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Proven experience as a Fabrication Welder, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a hands-on welding test (experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding is required).
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay is based on experience, ranging from $20 to $35 per hour.
