We’re seeking a Manager in Training who is passionate about luxury retail, client relationships, and leadership development. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager position
. You’ll receive hands-on training in sales leadership, operations, and client experience while working closely with senior management.

• Learn and support daily store operations in a luxury retail environment
• Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven customer experiences
• Assist with coaching and motivating the sales team to exceed goals
• Learn sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Support merchandising, inventory management, and visual standards
• Participate in clienteling, events, and community engagement
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or sales experience (luxury retail or fine jewelry a plus)
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for customer service
• Natural leadership qualities with a desire to grow into management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Interest in learning about diamonds, gemstones, and custom design
