Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in a combined OB-GYN unit, requiring a current NC or compact state RN license and at least 2 years of L&D experience.

Job Details

• Work in a combined OB-GYN unit providing both obstetric and gynecological inpatient care,

• Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 12-hour days,

• 13-week contract assignment,

• Unit cares for patients experiencing labor, delivery, and post-partum needs,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state,

• Minimum of 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience required,

• COVID-19 vaccination card required,

• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration,

• RQI certifications are not accepted,

• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months,

• Cannot be employed full time elsewhere during assignment,

Additional Information

• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the assignment location,

• Primary responsibilities include caring for laboring mothers, assisting with deliveries, and providing postpartum care,

• First-time travelers are accepted,

• Travelers must have a current, active Nursys verification at time of consideration,
